Ibn Sirin interpreted this dream by saying that if the man was telling the truth, it meant that Hajjaj bin Yusuf would marry the daughter of Abdullah bin Jafar At-Tayyar. Waraqah Wearing White Garments Dream Explanation
Aisha (ra) shared a story about the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Someone asked him about Waraqah, a man who had believed in the Prophet but passed away before the Prophet’s mission began. Khadijah, the Prophet’s wife, mentioned to him, “Waraqah believed in you, but he died before your time as a Prophet.” The Prophet then said, “I saw him in a dream, and he was dressed in white clothes. If he had been among the people of Hell, he wouldn’t have been wearing white.” This explanation was recorded by Imam Tirmidhi, a scholar of dreams.
