Brandishing a Sword Interpretation

Abu Musa reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said:

I had a dream that I was migrating from Mecca to a land full of palm trees. I thought it might be Yamama or Hajar, but it turned out to be Yathrib (Medina). In my dream, I was holding a sword and swinging it, and its tip broke off. This represented the hardship the Muslims faced on the Day of Uhud. Then I swung the sword again, and it became whole again, symbolizing the victory and unity that Allah later granted us. I also saw cows in the dream, which represented the group of believers at Uhud and the blessings and rewards Allah gave us after the battle of Badr. (Reported by Muslim)
