If one sees himself swearing to Allah’s Name in front of someone, it means that that person will deceive him.
To swear seriously by the stars, the celestial signs or by any physical sign means arrogance, trickery, humiliation, and hypocrisy.
If one is truthful in his oath, it means that he will win his argument, speak the truth or perform an act that pleases Allah SWT.
To swear to God in a dream when failing to fulfill it requires atonement, means following the truth and following the exemplary path of Allah’s Prophet ʿalayhi al-Salām.
