Seeing Prophet Muhammad SAWS in Dream

Seeing Rasoolullah (saws) in the Dream: Rasoolullah (saws) has said:

“Whosoever sees me in his dream he has truly seen me. For, the devil is unable to assume my form”.

Seeing Rasoolullah (saws) in a Pleasant Mood: If someone sees the Holy Prophet (saws) in a happy and pleasant mood then such a dream is in reality a harbinger of goodness and happiness. And seeing him in an unpleasant mood will mean misery and hardship in the world for that person.

Rasoolullah (saws) on Dry Land: If the Holy Prophet (saws) is seen standing on dry, arid land, such land will soon become green and verdant (fertile).

When a person in Grief Sees Rasoolullah (SAWS): If a grief-stricken, hard-pressed, poverty-stricken person sees Rasoolullah (saws) in his dream then his afflictions and anxieties will soon come to an end.

Rasoolullah (saws) in the Courtyard: If Rasoolullah (saws) is seen in someone’s courtyard, fire and destruction will visit that place.

A Most Unpleasant Dream: If the Holy Prophet (saws) is seen as physically deformed or sick or dead then this is a very unpleasant dream. For, it alludes to the observer’s negligence and unmindfulness in matters of Deen. Such a person should immediately resort to repentance.

Rasoolullah (saws) in Beautiful Garments: Seeing Rasoolullah (saws) in beautiful garments implies that the Ummah will attain success materially as well as spiritually.

Seeing Rasoolullah (saws) Walking: Seeing the Holy Prophet (saws) walking is in reality an instruction from him that the Ummah should engage in Jihaad. It also suggests that the observer of such a dream is negligent in matters of Deen.

Rasoolullah (saws) Delivering a Khutbah: Dreaming of Rasoolullah (saws) as delivering a khutbah suggests that his Ummah will obey the laws of Shari’ah.

Rasoolullah (saws) Looking into the Mirror: If Rasoolullah (saws) is seen looking into the mirror it implies that he is urging his Ummah to fully repay whatever amaanah (trust) is given to it.

Rasoolullah (saws) Eating Something: If Rasoolullah (saws) is seen eating (something) it means he is urging his Ummah to discharge Zakaah.

Rasoolullah (saws) Presenting a Gift: If someone sees Rasoolullah (saws) giving him any of his garments to wear or his ring or sword or any other item it means that whatever he acquires (such as land, knowledge, fiqh, the ability to offer constant devotion to Allah) he will acquire it to its maximum.
